Headwaters – A Community Farm & Education Centre – is offering a Launch & Learn Invitation to corporate and group team leaders Wednesday, February 28.

Headwaters is a community farm and education centre that offers unique packages aimed at businesses, associations and community organizations interested in holding corporate and wellness day retreats. Company representatives and leaders are invited to the Open House to explore and tour the facilities on Monday, February 26, from 1 pm until 3 pm.

Headwaters Farm has been getting great recognition in Northumberland County for its retreats, workshops and tours that Linda and Tony offer from their completely sustainable and organic home and business. Some of the seasonal events they offer include; culinary classes, sustainability workshops, beekeeping information, day retreats, yoga classes, hiking, homesteading workshops and more.

Their picturesque farm and facility which they have been growing and beautifying since 2012 has increasingly become a Northumberland destination. More and more, Headwaters’ commitment to sustainable living has been gaining recognition. Their wonderful home which is built with straw-bales is just one example how the Headwaters experience blends organically with the rolling hills of Northumberland.

Headwaters Community Farm and Education Centre, on Rowe Road, is easy to access from the 401, County Road 28, or Dale Road and even Camborne. The location boasts beautiful nature, fresh air, country living, walking trails, wildlife, farm animals and harvest gardens.
