Marielle Lambert, Event Coordinator of the Canadian Fire Fighters Museum (CFFM), has announced that the Museum will be holding its 3rd Annual Toy Fire Truck Day on Saturday July 15th, 2017 from 11am to 3pm at the Museum located at 95 Mill Street South, Port Hope.
Says Ms. Lambert, “Last year’s event was a so successful, we just had to do it all again! It’s great to see and hear about the wonderful and precious toys the kids bring in!”
Every child under 12 who brings a toy fire truck for show and tell will receive a free Matchbox series fire truck to take home.
Adds, Ms. Lambert, “We’ve laid in a good stock of Matchbox trucks to hand out as we are anticipating a lot of kids!”
This is the first of a series of summer events at the Museum, now in its 33rd year in Port Hope. The Fire Fighters Museum is one of Port Hope’s top attractions scoring the number 3 spot on TripAdvisor.com after the Capitol Theatre and shopping.
